What counts as an 'estimate'?
An estimate is counted each time a delivery date is shown to a shopper — for example, once on the product page and once at checkout. Estimates reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time directly from the Shopify App Store. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Grow and Scale plans both include a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
What happens if I exceed my monthly estimate limit?
If you hit your estimate limit on the Starter or Grow plan, delivery dates will stop displaying until your cycle resets or you upgrade. You'll be notified before you reach the limit so you can plan ahead.
Do annual plans renew automatically?
Yes — annual plans renew each year through Shopify's standard billing. You can cancel at any time from the App Store, and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Is geolocation available on all plans?
Geolocation-based delivery dates that automatically detect user location via their IP are only available on the Scale plan.
