Changelog

What's new in ArrivesBy

New features and improvements, shipped regularly. We build in public so you always know what's changed.

Improvement

Better support for cancelled orders

Cancelled orders are now clearly identified and kept separate from active delivery tracking, so your order list and customer-facing estimates stay accurate.

  • Find cancelled orders quickly with a dedicated Cancelled filter
  • Cancelled orders no longer appear in active delivery status views
  • Customers no longer see delivery estimates for cancelled orders on thank-you and order status pages
New Feature

Collection-based rules with Shopify's new Collections API

You can now build rules that target Shopify collections using the new Collections source API — assign delivery estimates to entire collections instead of picking products one by one.

  • Create rules that match any Shopify collection as their source
  • Built on Shopify’s new Collections API for faster, more reliable collection lookups
  • Products moving in and out of a collection are picked up automatically — no need to update the rule
  • Combine collection matching with existing conditions: inventory, market, location, or geolocation

Read more about the API on Shopify’s partner blog.

Improvement

Duplicate rule button

Added a duplicate button to rule settings so you can copy any rule and tweak it — no need to rebuild complex rules from scratch.

Improvement

Eurus theme compatibility

Verified full support for Eurus theme by BSS Commerce.

Improvement

Theme compatibility page

We've published a reference page listing Shopify themes we've verified work with ArrivesBy, including variant-level delivery estimates. This isn't an exhaustive list — many other themes are likely compatible too.

  • Lists all compatible free and paid Shopify themes
  • Covers the full Horizon theme family and classic themes like Dawn
  • Highlights which themes support variant-level estimates — ETAs that change per size, color, or SKU
New Feature

Geolocation support for Canada, Australia & New Zealand

Shoppers in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand can now see delivery estimates personalized to their location — automatically detected from their IP, with an option to enter a postcode for more precision.

  • Canada: province-level geolocation with postal code support
  • Australia: state-level geolocation with postcode support
  • New Zealand: region-level geolocation with postcode support
  • Customers can enter their postcode manually if auto-detection isn’t precise enough
  • No changes needed if you already have geolocation rules set up for these countries — they activate automatically
New Feature

Multiple ETAs per page

You can now place multiple ArrivesBy blocks on the same product page, each showing a different delivery estimate — standard shipping, express, local pickup, or any combination that fits your store.

  • Add multiple ArrivesBy blocks to any product page template in your Shopify theme editor
  • Each block is independently configurable — assign it a label (A–F) and scope rules to match
  • Combine with any existing rule conditions: product, inventory, market, location, or geolocation
  • Blocks without a specific assignment continue to work exactly as before
New Feature

Delivery rules based on fulfillment location

You can now create delivery rules that fire based on which Shopify location (warehouse) will fulfill the order — so merchants with multiple warehouses can show accurate ETAs no matter where the order ships from.

  • Add a Location condition to any rule and select one or more of your Shopify locations
  • Rules with a location condition only apply when the product is fulfilled from a matching warehouse
  • Useful for stores with regional warehouses: US East, US West, UK, etc. — each with different lead times
  • Location conditions appear as a badge on the rules list so you can see your fulfillment logic at a glance
